A. Body language is the amount of features that you use to communicate with people, share your emotions B. We use body language when we need to show our attitude to the person or our mood. Sometimes we control it, sometimes it is subconscious. For example, when you speak with someone who annoys you, your body will show it: you can avoid eue contact, cross your arms, etc. C. Our mood and temper influence on the way we use or body language. Bit it's important to understand that if someone avoids the eye contact, he/she doesn't like you. Maybe the person is just a bit shy. Words : they have a great impact on the impression, it's the important part of communication. Tone of voice : it can help to win somebody's favour or spurn the person, so be careful with it.
